La Semola

Semola Fine (Thin Semola)
Thin semola of durum wheat, used mostly to product bread, pasta and typical sweets. Useful to bread the fries.

Semola Grossa (Thick Semola)
Durum wheat semola with a thicker granulometry. It's another traditional Sardinian product, ideal for soups and other typical preparations.
