Since March 2006 the production of typical Sardinian pasta has been supplemented by the classical shapes of Italian pasta art:
Penne, ½ Penne, Rigatini, etc... of the serie “Le  Rustiche”.

La Casa del Grano gives its success both to the preservation of the traditional values to which it has never wanted to resign, and to its concept of high quality.
To save the traditional values, La Casa del Grano has conceived and adapted its machines to assure a production comparable to the handicraft one.
To obtain a high quality product La Casa del Grano follows the subsequent obliged passages in the productive process:

  • A strict choice of the raw material in this case durum wheat bran, carefully selected, saffron, tomato, spinach, mushrooms, artichokes, pepper and water.

  • A specific way of processing the pasta, a secret which constitues the central element of the goodness of our products and that it's impossible to reveal, obviously.

  • A proper place which assures the greatest genuineness.

  • A qualified staff interested in privileging the quality despite the quantity
