experienced <strong>Rais family<\/strong> in the <strong>1950s<\/strong>, initially as a small artisan workshop within the local market in Via Pola.<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b34182 big elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7b34182\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The choice of recipe and ideal processing techniques for the production of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lacasadelgrano.com\/en\/is-malloreddus\/\">Is Malloreddus<\/a> led to the creation of the modern pasta factory, located in the industrial district of Cagliari Elmas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-60ba015 big elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"60ba015\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Graziella Rais, Dario\u2019s daughter, embraced the family legacy, improving and adapting the existing machinery and creating new ones to achieve production increasingly similar to <strong>handmade pasta<\/strong> while ensuring industrial quality and safety through rigorous monitoring at every stage of the manufacturing process<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7879ae big elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b7879ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>But she was also able to innovate thanks to a highly skilled and trusted team, expanding the range of traditional Sardinian pasta to include a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lacasadelgrano.com\/en\/le-integrali\/\">whole-wheat line<\/a>, today in high demand among increasingly health- and figure-conscious consumers, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lacasadelgrano.com\/en\/le-rustiche\/\">Le Rustiche<\/a>, the most popular shapes in Italian cooking, likewise available in a whole-wheat version.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86aff5c
