Special with vegetables, meat or fish. Its versatility in the kitchen accompanies every taste. Even today, in our factory, we are able to reproduce the ancient manual process, in which the irregular spheres are obtained by working the semolina inside a terracotta basin (called &#8220;sa scivedda&#8221;) and then toasting them in the oven.
