Designed to be enjoyed with a variety of sauces, these pasta balls are best paired with the strong flavours of meat- or fish-based recipes typical of traditional Sardinian cuisine. To this day, in our factory, we can still reproduce the ancient manual technique, whereby the irregular balls were obtained by working the semolina in an earthenware bowl (called \u201csa scivedda\u201d) and then roasted in the oven.
