It is necessary to click on the product of your interest : following the choice you will see the product sheet with detailed information. To place an order, click on the “BUY” button : the product will be added to your cart. You can continue your purchases by repeating the same procedure on other items. By clicking on ‘View cart’ or by positioning yourself on the shopping cart icon, on the top right of all pages, you can view the selected products and decide to manage them (change the quantity, insert a coupon, delete them from the list) or proceed with payment by making the purchase order.
In order to guarantee a fair shipping cost (proportionate to the cost of the chosen product) the minimum weight limit is 2.5kg. The maximum weight limit for each order, therefore for each shipment, is 20Kg.
One or more choices of products on the site does not imply the obligation to order or purchase them . You can add or remove all the items you want and decide not to complete the order or purchase.
After entering the data and confirming the checkout by clicking on the ‘Proceed to payment’ button, you will be directed to the summary and confirmation page. On this you can choose between two options: pay by bank transfer (your order will be sent as soon as the funds are transferred to the current account) or pay directly with PayPal or credit card credit (your order will be processed within two working days). A thank you message will inform you that the purchase procedure has been completed correctly and you will receive an email containing the order details. If you have not received any communication within 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com referring to your order number.
La Casa del Grano offers delivery costs throughout Italy, differentiated into two weight categories:
- from 2.5 to 5 kg – at a cost of € 7.70 including VAT ;
- from 5.1 to 10 Kg – at the cost of 10.50 € VAT included ;
- from 10.1 to 15 Kg – at the cost of € 13.00 including VAT ;
- from 15.1 to 20 Kg – at a cost of € 15.00 including VAT ;
The delivery of the products purchased in the online store takes place in Italy within 5-7 working days from the order fulfillment. This can be subject to variations in the case of holidays, because carriers do not deliver on holidays such as 12/25, 12/26, 01/01 and weekends. For orders placed through PayPal or credit card, at the time of shipment, it is necessary to add at most one working day for normal administrative checks. For orders made by bank transfer instead, shipping times will be calculated starting from the confirmation of payment.
Make access to the online store (top right button, present on every page of the site) and access the page of your ‘Profile’. Click on the ‘recent orders’ link to view all the information you want. You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the moment it is confirmed by you through the online store. If you do not stick to this condition, if the product has already been sent, you will still be required to pay the shipping costs.
According to the Consumer Code (art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014) it is possible to exercise this right within 14 working days from receipt of the product by sending a communication, described by the Consumer Code itself or along the lines of this communication can be downloaded in draft form from the site in PDF format, completed in its entirety and sent by registered mail with return receipt to the address: La Casa del Grano S.r.l. – via Cettolini 52/54 – 09067 Z.I. Elmas (Cagliari) Only upon receipt of the receipt of the return of the same communication it is possible to send the goods no longer desired, in the substantial integrity of the same (therefore in its entirety, in the original state of packaging and free of any damage), always and only to the address above. The direct costs for the first delivery and for the subsequent return of the goods to the sender, will be at your expense according to the provisions of the same code.
