With over 60 years’ experience under its belt, La Casa del Grano has become a leading producer of traditional Sardinian pasta specialties, such as Is Malloreddus, Sa Fregula Sarda and Is Maccarronis de Busa, now flanked by several classic Italian pasta formats. Over the years, La Casa del Grano has come a long way and has made a whole lot of pasta, always taking care to preserve the traditional values of Sardinia.

All production phases are performed in full compliance with environmental legislation. In 2004 the company, which already had ISO 9001 quality certification, also obtained ISO 14001 environmental certification.
