Since 1955 our company has been producing the “Gnocchetti Sardi” (Is Malloreddus) which represent a characteristic first dish rich in taste.

What Is Malloreddus are?

Defined “traditional food of Sardinians” because since ancient times housewives has been preparing this kind of pasta, Is Malloreddus, or Gnocchetti Sardi, is made with durum wheat bran, which assumed its typical shapes firstly pushing the mixture with the fingers and secondly, to impress those thin lines which make them unique, pushing it against the extremity of a straw basket.

Our malloreddus have a marked lining to capture and keep the seasoning. They are perfect for every kind of sauce: the red, the white and the spicy ones.
