How can I purchase the product on this site?
You need to click on the product you are interested in: following your choice you will see the product sheet with detailed information. To place the order click on the ‘BUY’ button: the product will be added to your cart. You can continue your purchases by repeating the same procedure on other items. By clicking on ‘View cart’ or by positioning yourself on the cart icon, present at the top right of all pages, you will be able to view the chosen products and decide to manage them (change the quantity, insert a coupon, delete them from the list) or proceed to payment by placing the purchase order.

Is there a minimum or maximum limit to the quantity of products that can be purchased?
In order to guarantee a fair shipping cost (proportionate to the cost of the chosen product) the minimum weight limit is 2.5 kg. The maximum weight limit for each order, therefore for each shipment, is 25Kg: for orders weighing more than 25kg write to info@lacasadelgrano.com

Does adding one or more products to the cart force me to purchase them?
One or more choices of products on the site does not imply the obligation to order or purchase them. You can add or remove as many items as you want and decide not to complete the order or purchase.

When does the order process for the product(s) placed in the cart end?
After entering the data and confirming the checkout by clicking on the ‘Proceed to payment’ button, you will be directed to the summary and confirmation page. On this you can choose between two options: make the payment via bank transfer (your order will be shipped as soon as the funds are transferred to the destination bank account) or pay directly with PayPal or credit card (your order will be processed within two days working hours). A thank you message will inform you that the purchase process has been completed correctly and you will receive an email containing the order details. If you have not received any communication within 24 hours, contact us at info@lacasadelgrano.com referring to the order number placed.

What are the shipping costs of the products purchased?
- from 2.5 to 5 Kg – at a cost of € 7.70 VAT included;
- from 5.1 to 10 Kg – at a cost of € 10.50 VAT included;
- from 10.1 to 15 Kg – at a cost of € 13.00 VAT included;
- from 15.1 to 25 Kg – at a cost of € 15.00 VAT included;

What are the shipping and delivery times?
The delivery of the products purchased in the online store takes place in Italy on average within 5-7 working days from the order being processed. This may be subject to variations in the case of holidays, because carriers do not make deliveries on public holidays such as 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends. For orders placed via PayPal or credit card, a maximum of one working day must be added to the shipping times for normal administrative checks. For orders placed by bank transfer, however, shipping times will be calculated starting from confirmation of payment.

How can I check the status of my order or shipment?
Log in to the shop (LOGIN/REGISTER button at the top right, present on every page of the site) and access your profile page. Click on the ‘recent orders’ link to view all the information you want. Can I cancel the order already placed?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation of the same, made by you through the online store. If you do not comply with this condition, if the product has already been sent, you will still be required to pay the shipping costs.

Can I exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase of one or more products?
According to the provisions of the italian customer law ‘Codice del Consumo’ (art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014) it is possible to exercise this right within 14 working days of receiving the product by sending a communication, described by the same ‘Codice del Consumo’ or along the lines of this communication can be downloaded in draft form from the site in PDF format, completed in its entirety and sent by registered mail. at the address: La Casa del Grano S.r.l. – via Cettolini 52/54 – 09067 Z.I. Elmas (Cagliari) Only following receipt of the return receipt of the same communication is it possible to send the no longer desired goods, in their substantial integrity (therefore in their entirety, in the original state of packaging and without any damage), always and only to the address above. The direct costs for the first delivery and for the subsequent return of the goods to the sender will be borne by you in accordance with the provisions of the same code.
