Pasta, the classic symbol of Italian cuisine and the main dish of the Mediterranean diet, is designed to serve as the base for any type of sauce or condiment, whether meat- or fish-based. Its flavour should be superb, even with nothing but a drizzle of oil. That’s why we wanted to create a truly exceptional range – Le Rustiche – strictly bronze-drawn, able to add body and substance even to the simplest of recipes.
Inspired by homemade pasta in line with the most ancient traditions, our pasta is made exclusively from bronze dies, resulting in a perfectly textured, beautiful-to-look-at and pleasant-feeling pasta, able to catch and retain delicious sauces and enhance the flavour of any recipe. The slow drying process at low temperature improves the pasta’s flavour and fragrance during cooking, while preserving its high protein content. Only the best semolina is carefully selected, and ongoing, strict monitoring of the entire health and hygiene system ensures the utmost genuineness of our products.
