It is the full version of the medium format of this line of traditional pastas. A proposal that combines a reduced glycemic index and the pleasure of a sublime taste experience. Its rough surface gives the spheres an intense roughness, perfect for capturing any type of seasoning. Excellent and light with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Special with vegetables, meat or fish. Its versatility in the kitchen accompanies every taste. Even today, in our factory, we are able to reproduce the ancient manual process, in which the irregular spheres are obtained by working the semolina inside a terracotta basin (called “sa scivedda”) and then toasting them in the oven. It is the format to always keep in the pantry.
