Method

  1. Soften the bread crumb in a bowl with milk, then wring it and mix it in with the minced beef, 50 g of grated Parmesan, salt and egg
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and check that the mixture is not too soft, so that the meatballs do not fall apart while cooking
