Method

  1. Brown two cloves of garlic in a pan with three tablespoons of evo oil
  2. Remove the garlic and add the finely sliced onion and continue browning
  3. After a few moments, add the breadcrumbs to brown as well, making sure the onions don’t take on too much colour
  4. As soon as the sauce starts drying up, wet it with some white wine and season with oregano, chopped parsley, salt, tomato concentrate and, if necessary, a drizzle of evo oil
  5. Leave the alcohol to evaporate and turn off the heat
  6. Toast and brown some breadcrumbs in a pan and set them aside as decoration
  7. Cook the La Casa del Grano Tortiglioni in the salted water for 9 minutes and drain them
  8. Dress with the onion sauce
  9. Serve the La Casa del Grano Tortiglioni and sprinkle with the crispy breadcrumbs

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 40 g breadcrumbs
  • 30 ml white wine
  • 10 g tomato concentrate
  • Dried oregano, q.s.
  • Parsley, q.s.
  • Evo oil, q.s.
  • Salt, q.s.
