Method

  1. Put a pan on high heat with a few tablespoons of evo oil and the peeled garlic, leave it to brown then remove it
  2. Add the chopped onion, brown well
  3. After a few minutes, add: salt, the tomato concentrate and peeled, seeded and finely chopped vine tomatoes
  4. Bring to a boil and after a few minutes, turn off the heat
  5. Add chilli to taste and fresh oregano
  6. Leave to simmer and turn off the heat
  7. Cook the La Casa del Grano Maccheroncini in the salted water: when cooked, drain and dress with the spicy sauce
  8. Serve the La Casa del Grano Maccheroncini on a nice big plate, decorating it with some fresh oregano leaves

  • 10 g tomato concentrate
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Fresh oregano, q.s.
  • Chilli pepper
  • Evo oil, q.s.
  • Salt, q.s.
