Method

  1. Clean the prawns, removing the vein and part of the heads
  2. Marinate them in the fridge in a bowl with salt, pepper and spicy evo oil for about 10 minutes
  3. Sauté the “baby zucchini” over high heat with two tablespoons of evo oil and keep the cleaned zucchini flowers aside, cut in half
  4. Cook the La Casa del Grano Whole-Wheat Scored Penne in a generous amount of salted water for about 8 minutes
  5. Drain the Scored Penne and toss them while still hot with the prawns, the “baby zucchini” and the zucchini flowers last
  6. Serve the La Casa del Grano Whole-Wheat Scored Penne, hot or cold, adding spicy evo oil to taste
