Small Sardinian Sa Fregula is the perfect ingredient for creating unique and ever-new taste sensations. To this day, in our factory, we can still reproduce the ancient manual technique, whereby the irregular balls were obtained by working the semolina in an earthenware bowl (called “sa scivedda”) and then roasted in the oven. It is the pasta shape to keep in your pantry, always.
