Method

  1. Slowly pour La Casa del Grano Sa Fregula Sarda media into the boiling broth while stirring
  2. Cook for about 5-7 minutes
  3. At the same time, brown the garlic with the oil and the parsley in another pan
  4. Add the tomato, season with salt and chilli pepper
  5. Cook for 10 minutes
  6. Cook the clams in a pan with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes then add them to the sautéed tomato
  7. Pour everything into the fregola casserole, mix and serve

  • 150 gr La Casa del Grano “Sa Fregula Sarda media”
  • 1 kg clams
  • 2 liters of broth
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 500 g of tomato pulp
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and chilli pepper to taste
